Cooking and dishwasher facilities not working and completely unresponsive owner Positive: The property was lovely and spacious, and in an excellent location to hop into Paris and to get to CDG. The property manage Pooja was so, so helpful she really made us welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Negative: The oven, gas hob and dishwasher did not work. On our first day, we went to the supermarket to stock up on food, largely oven food but when we went to cook in the evening we found that the oven, gas hob and dishwasher didn't work. We contacted Pooja to let her know at 5.30pm on Friday and whilst she responded quickly she said she couldn't do anything and that I should contact Yohan, the owner. His response was that I should go and get other food that I can cook in the microwave or 2 burner ceramic hob. That there were shops near by..... Despite the fact that we had already bought our shopping for our stay. Pooja very kindly came over at 7.45pm with her husband and they offered to go and pick up takeaway pizza for us, so we have them money for this. I should say that they offered to do this out of their kindness nothing to do with the owners. We were promised that an electrician would be contacted over the weekend but this was not even attempted. We messaged Yohan to find out when we could get an electrian but received no further communication for the duration of our stay. We left on Tuesday thoroughly disappointed and angry at having to leave behind all our uncookable food and also being out of pocket on takeaway food that we had not budgeted for. No apology was offered at all and the only further communication we received from the owner was on the day we left where they asked us to leave a review!
