Just perfect with every faulty right there and a careful and kind host Positive: Very clean and big. Perfect and comfortable beds and amazing cooking space. Nice bathrooms and overall super good location and the metro line close was the perfect one Negative: Maybe the underground part was a bit interesting cause the window for the living room and one for the bedrooms was literally at feet level haha

Positive: Les lits sont confortables, les chambres sont grandes , très bon accueil, du café et autres produits à disposition , proche de la station de métro Barbara, le prix est imbattable pour Paris Negative: Odeurs d’humidité dans les pièces du bas, la rue est bruyante

Good value property & friendly host Positive: Friendly host & good communication throughout. Everything you need, Good kitchen & bathroom. Beds are comfy. Short walk to Metro Negative: Kitchen, living room & 1 bedroom in basement, therefore the property smelt a bit damp. Didn't cause us much of an issue though as we were out most of the day.

Positive: Proprietario disponibile per info Negative: Casa che al 1 piano occupata da persone che alla 1 di notte e oltre facevano rumore.Il proprietario dovrebbe fare qualcosa per chi è maleducato

Positive: Apartamentul se afla într-o zonă liniștită, ușor de ajuns in centru, comunicare buna cu gazda , dotat cu multe facilități, ca in descriere. Negative: O parte a apartamentului un dormitor, living , bucătărie, baie se afla la subsol iar aerul era destul de umed, ușor miros de mucegai. Curățenia ar putea fi îmbunătățită
