Positive: Location. Near transportation
Negative: Mold in bathroom. Heater on timer with no control, turned off in the morning, during the dag and back on in late evening.
Property owner leaving in the garage underneath.
Different communication between property owner and property manager about the parking space.

Positive: Muy cómodo para un grupo, muy completa la cocina y la ubicación muy cerca de estaciones de metro tranvía y bus que en 15 min llegábamos casi a todos los sitios ! Además tiene parking gratis !

Really comfortable and spacious
Positive: Ubication, spaciousness, well equipped and comfortable
Negative: It has only one bathroom. For a group of 5 or more persons it’s a limitation, otherwise everything is fine
